Refund & Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Non-defective items must be unopened, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or faulty products.

Return Window
Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Method & Fees

  • Method: By mail only

  • Return Label: Customer’s responsibility

  • Restocking Fee: No cost

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
