Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For best results, dissolve 300-500 mg (roughly the size of a pea or the head of the included gold spoon) of Sublime Himalayan Shilajit Resin into a glass of your preferred hot drink - warm water, coffee, milk or tea. As your body adapts to its powerful nutrients, you may gradually increase the dosage up to twice daily.

When dissolved, pure Shilajit displays a golden to deep red-wine colour and leaves no residue at the bottom of the glass. High-quality Shilajit will not burn; instead, it bubbles and produces a clean ash that spreads outward when exposed to flame — a traditional sign of purity.

Storage Guidelines

To maintain the potency and integrity of your Sublime Himalayan Shilajit Resin:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Keep the threads of the Miron glass jar and lid clean to prevent resin buildup, which may cause the container to seal shut.

If the lid becomes stuck, place the jar upside down in hot water for a few minutes to loosen. Afterward, wipe the threads of both jar and lid with a damp paper towel to keep them free of residue.
